Amy is a hard working, incredibly nice realtor who is enthusiastic and very helpful when looking for a new home in Comox. We live out of province and buying a home from afar is not easy, but Amy helped us choose the neighbourhood and found the style of home we like. She was very insightful and very helpful. She was always available to do a walk through video and when we could get there an in person tour to acquaint us with the homes we liked. When we eventually made an offer she was there to support the process and get everything done

What kind of realtor pulls over on the side of the road to write up an offer at 5pm on a Friday because it's an extremely time-sensitive situation? Amy's kind does. My experience buying a home with Amy as my realtor was a great one. She was responsive, helpful, patient, and always had time to answer my many questions. She demonstrated a high level of knowledge which helped me make some important and sometimes difficult decisions. She has a positive, go-getter's attitude and was immensely helpful at every step of the way. Her sense of humour was also appreciated when you're sweating the fact that you're spending nearly 500K on something that you've looked at for about 15 minutes. When it comes time to sell.
